Zweck

Unser Bovines Virusdiarrhoe-Virus (BVDV) ELISA-Kit dient zur Bestimmung der BVDV-Konzentration in Serum, Plasma, Kulturmedien oder anderen biologischen Flüssigkeiten.

Prinzip

Dieses ELISA-Kit verwendet das Sandwich-ELISA-Verfahren. Die im Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte ist mit einem spezifischen Antikörper gegen BVDV vorbeschichtet. Standards oder Proben werden in die entsprechenden Vertiefungen der Mikrotiterplatte pipettiert und mit dem spezifischen Antikörper inkubiert. Anschließend wird ein Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP)-konjugierter, spezifischer Antikörper gegen BVDV zugegeben und inkubiert. Nicht vorhandene Komponenten werden abgewaschen. Die TMB-Substratlösung wird in jede Vertiefung gegeben. Nur die Vertiefungen, die BVDV und den HRP-konjugierten BVDV-Antikörper enthalten, erscheinen blau und färben sich nach Zugabe der Stopplösung gelb. Die optische Dichte (OD) wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm gemessen. Der OD-Wert ist proportional zur BVDV-Konzentration. Die BVDV-Konzentration in den Proben kann durch Vergleich der OD-Werte mit der Standardkurve berechnet werden.

Materialien, die im Kit enthalten sind

1. Wir versenden das Set in einer Styroporbox und legen Eisbeutel bei, um es innerhalb von 3 Tagen bei 2-8 °C zu halten. Das Set kann bei Raumtemperatur länger als eine Woche gelagert werden.

2. Wir haben FedEx und DHL Express für den Versand des Kits ausgewählt; es handelt sich um einen Tür-zu-Tür-Service.

3. Die Kits können innerhalb von 3 Tagen nach Zahlungseingang versendet werden.
