Skills requirement

1. The maximum working voltage of the motor should not exceed the rated voltage, and the voltage ripple should be as small as possible;

2. Motor lead wire: the red wire is connected to the positive pole, the black wire is connected to the negative pole, and the yellow/green combination color wire is grounded;

3. The grounding of the motor must be reliable;

4. Under normal temperature, the motor lead terminal and the end cover can withstand the AC1800V/50HZ/5mA/1s withstand voltage test without breakdown;

5. The motor runs under rated voltage, no abnormal vibration, no abnormal noise;

6.From the driving end, the motor rotates in a clockwise direction;

Our motors can only replace yours. But our motor is not exactly the same as your original motor.

 

NOTE:1.It is recommended that you add more[special silicone oil]under the running belt of the treadmill every half month to maintain lubrication and reduce resistance. Each time you use it, you should use it in[fast running]instead of[slow walking], which can extend the service life of your treadmill.

2.It is recommended touse for half an hour, rest for half an hour,use for another half an hour, and rest for another half an hour.

3. The speed below5 kilometers per hourbelongs to ultra-low speed operation, and the motor has poor heat dissipation,

It is easy to cause motor heating,and the running time shall not exceed one minute, and the low speed running shall be several minutes

Please speed up to more than 7km as soon as possible.
